MODULE 1: DEVELOPING SELF AWARENESS

JUNE 14 - WORKING TITLE: Western Theory

We will start out discussing what goes into the bones of a conscious relationship.

Then we will jump into identifying your attachment style to identify:

  • What are the specific needs of your attachment style

  • What protest behaviors you engage in when your needs are not met and how your actions affect your neurochemistry and nervous system

  • Your attachment style origin story

JUNE 21 - WORKING TITLE: Eastern Theory

Now that we’ve got the backbone of Attachment Theory from the western sciences, let’s dive into the Eastern philosophy. This week, we will consider:

  • Exploring the metaphor of the Fire Element and how it applies to relationships

  • Identifying the gifts and challenges of our spiritual yin/yang balance

  • Understanding the need for a balance of the internal masculine and feminine energies within us all

MODULE 2: DIVING IN DEEP

JUNE 28 - WORKING TITLE: Update Your Identity

  • Identifying the survival programming and why we need to get out of autopilot if we want to develop a conscious relationship to ourselves and to our partner

  • How rewriting your story will literally rewire your brain

  • Getting to the root of your autopilot belief system

JULY 5 - WORKING TITLE: Speak My Languge

MODULE 3: FILLING UP YOUR TOOLBOX

JULY 12 - WORKING TITLE: How To Fight

The ultimate goal of this module is to teach you tools on how to invite your partner into a teamwork dynamic rather than using fights as a playing ground for “gotcha” moments. The thing is, we actually need some stress in our relationships, but HOW we approach conflict says everything about the long-term success of a relationship. First we’ll talk about what emotional triggers are and what evolutionary role they’ve played for us in our lives.

4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse

  • Hack your nervous system and neurobiology by using “parasympathetic communication” techniques

  • Responsive Listening

  • Holding space

MODULE 4: NURTURING THE RELATIONSHIP

JULY 19 - 8 Ways to Take Care of the Relationship Like It is a Tamagotchi Pet

I know I am totally dating myself as a 90’s kid here, but do you remember that little egg-shaped video game called a Tamagotchi Pet. It seemed like everyone had one. A Tamagotchi Pet has 8 basic needs: food, light, play, medicine, toilet, health, discipline and attention. Turns out, a conscious relationship is no different. In this module, we will talk about:

  • FOOD: Exercising boundaries and filling up your cup actually feeds the relationship + tools on how to create kind and compassionate boundaries

  • LIGHT: Practicing gratitude with your partner creates abundance

  • PLAY: Why you need to invite the “single” you into the relationship

  • MEDICINE:

  • TOILET: Constipation never feels good. What do you need to “let go” of in your relationship

  • HEALTH: Our relationship needs “checkups” just like any pet

  • DISCIPLINE:

  • ATTENTION:
